A "had to be there" post alert

Yesterday, as i was stopped at the light i watched a kid on a town bike (you know, the pre-Breezer European commuter bikes that weigh 50 lbs and come equipped with full wraparound chain guard, fenders, automatic lighting system and two semi-flat big wheel tires) hit a tight 90 degree (shoot, i forgot how to make that degree character) turn just as fast as the top pros. I just about peed in my chamois from laughing so hard. One of the most overused AND incorrectly used phrases in cycling - counter-steering - quickly came to mind when i saw his perfect riding style. Did i mention he was wearing a backpack?
