Tabor looks like it is going to be cold. Currently 46 and foggy. We all are cheering you on, so know that when you get out there.
Hydrate big time tonight and get some good rest.

Rock on. Have a great ride. I may be watching you on-line. When you are feeling tired, think "Oh s**t, GCD is watching. I better get a move on."

And avoid 16 year olds (boy and girls).

Saw the mens' race yesterday and it was flashing quick with 10 degrees C and bondry course.

Hey chr: No, i only drove to the czech part, not slovakia. teehee. It was such an experience.
hey gcd - sorry you had to watch my last race!
hi rickie - coe coe and chocolate didnt let me down but i surely let them down. boohoo.
bbw - i will have you know that i will be in germany this weekend in a blue/black skinsuit.
Lyle - thanks for reading and thanks for your help in getting me started in CX!! You will always be the founding father of cross in America in my opinion.

Christine, just showing up to race at that level is way cool. I watched part of a clip of the men's race and the pace and intensity was so high I could hardly believe it. I guess cross is much like mountain biking in that it is apparently instantly anarobic, not to mention the extreme physical challenge of barriers, running, and carrying the bike, the sand, ad infinitum. I do hope you will remember to incorporate proper rest into your intense training regimen. As with Nemo, Coe Coe and Chocolate are always very proud to carry their couragous master. Remember, get your rest especially a day or two before your hard physical challenge. Keep up the good work!
Your biggest fan,
Rickie

No Koppenberg cross??
Didn't see U in the results last WE..
Blue/Black skinsuit... hmm, something to look forward to :)

Didn't see your race. Stupid UCI and cycling.tv. Can't watch UCI races in North America. Lousy.

I am watching the men's race on a download right now, but they are speaking in tongues or something, cause damned if I can understand them.

Buck up. I got waxed in the Men's A race. Finished around 5 minutes back, around 21st. Sound familiar???

I gotta subscribe to cycling.tv

hey GC
Yes, sounds familiar. There is also a familiar phrase, "practice makes perfect" or how about "nothing comes easy"
BBW - there is no koppenbergcross for women this year so i am going to germany for the weekend - 2 races.
thanks rickie for your very inspiring words.
I gotta get cycling.tv too for the one race a year they dont show on belgian television. haha
